Local Area
Atlantic House is very privileged to be set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and special scientific interest. If you are a horticulturist, ornithologist, geologist, marine biologist or you just love walking and wild life this is a paradise. Being just 10 minutes walk down the lane to the cliff top, we are just moments away from seeing seals, basking sharks, pereguins and choughs as well as sandy coves and dramatic cliffs.
Just 2-3 minutes walk and you will be into the village, where you will find an excellent restaurant, pub, café’s and fish & chip shops. You can also discover the art of the Lizard Stone Turners which dates back to the reign of Queen Victoria and beyond and which can now only be seen and bought on The Lizard Peninsula.
